Every time we drive through Grand Rapids, Michigan on US 131, about a mile north of the infamous “S-curve”, we can see off to the east the huge old factory building that used to be the home of the Stickley Brothers Company, complete with a top story that housed Albert Stickley’s private office. The building reminds us that the Stickley Brothers Company had a long and proud history and several mission furniture product lines that remain beautiful, useful, and much sought-after to this day.
